Some of the area's noteworthy aspects : direct access to the motorway linking Seraing to Liège, Brussels, Paris, Aachen and Maastricht - close to Calatrava HST railway station - on the banks of the river Meuse - rue Cockerill to be broadened with an embedded dedicated public transport lane, redeveloped with pedestrian areas and "soft mode" traffic lanes - architectural heritage of considerable value (Château des Princes Evêques; industrial halls that can be transformed)
